3. When are the City Council meetings held?: Regular meetings of the City Council are held at 6:00 pm on the first and third Monday of each month, except during legal holidays. Special meetings of the City Council are called by the city clerk upon written request of the mayor or any three members of the City Council. 5. How do I find out what items will be on the next City Council Agenda?: At least 48 hours prior to the meeting date and time, agendas are posted inside City Hall, outside of City Hall, First Bank, Minden Exchange Bank, and the Post Office. Click here to view the Current City Council Agenda

6. What are the hours for City Hall?: City Hall is open 8am – 12pm and 1pm – 5pm Monday through Friday.

7. How do I address an issue with the City Council?: To speak at a City Council Meeting, the topic wishing to be discussed must be on the consent agenda. If the item is not on the agenda, then you may fill out the “Request for a Future Agenda Item” form. If your request is approved, then your topic will be placed on an upcoming agenda.
