City Council meetings are held at 6:00 pm on the first and third Monday of every month. Meetings take place at:

If the scheduled Monday is a holiday, then the meeting is scheduled for the first business day after the holiday.

Please fill out the Records Request Form and return it to the city offices at 325 North Colorado. An appointment will be made for you to view the records.

Please fill out the Future Agenda Item Request form and return to the City of Minden offices at 325 N Colorado.

4. How do I apply for a handicap parking permit?

Please fill out the Handicap Permit Form and return it along with a copy of your driver’s license to the city offices at:

5. How do I get a permit to sell liquor at an event?

Contact the city clerk / treasurer, at (308) 832-1820 to apply for a Special Designated Liquor Permit.

6. I want to sell an item or service door-to-door. What do I need to do?

Stop at the city offices at 325 North Colorado to submit a Vendor and Transient Merchants Application. Information will be needed from all sellers, including photo IDs. There is a $150 annual application fee. The City has 7 business days to issue the permit.
